I wanted to share an exercise with you that has been nothing short of life-changing for me.
The What I Really Desire exercise is a simple, yet powerful exercise that will help you to envisage the life, work and circumstances that you truly desire.
It will encourage you to think outside the realms of practicality and instead explore that hidden place where your wildest dreams roam free!
I remember completing a version of this exercise, some thirteen years ago.
Looking back, the life I’m living now is reflected in what I envisaged for myself in that exercise, all those years ago.
In fact, I often say that I’m really living the life of my wildest dreams!
Anything is possible for you - and it all starts here, with allowing yourself the space the time and space to reflect on what you really desire.
